Granada era la capital del último reino andalusí en la Península Ibérica, y la ciudad fue tomada el 02 de Enero de 1492 por los Reyes Católicos, Fernando II de Aragón e Isabel I de Castilla. Granada was the last Andalusian capital of the moorish kingdom in the Iberian Peninsula, and the city was taken on January 2, 1492 by the Catholic Monarchs, Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella I of Castile.
